Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater — to access this site. Portions of the site behind the paywall contain material intended only for adults. By creating an account or making a purchase you represent that you meet this age requirement and that accessing such material is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts & Membership

Membership tiers, prices, and benefits are described on the Membership page. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Memberships renew automatically each month at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

3. License to Use Content

Subject to your active membership, Amatory Imagery grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view content within the site for your own private use. You may not:

• redistribute, repost, screenshot-and-share, or republish any content;
• use any content for AI training, scraping, or dataset assembly;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent paywalls, watermarks, or access controls;
• use any content for commercial purposes without a separate written license.

All photographs, videos, written copy, design elements, and brand marks are owned by Amatory Imagery or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

4. Model & Creator Submissions

Models, applicants, and content partners are bound by the terms of their separate Model Release / Partnership Agreement, which controls the rights and obligations between Amatory Imagery and the partner. Submitting an application via the Apply page does not create a partnership; partnerships exist only when a written agreement is signed by both parties.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or age;
• harass, threaten, or stalk any model, partner, employee, or other user;
• post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material;
• use automated tools to access the site at scale without prior written consent;
• attempt to access portions of the site you are not authorized to access.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each subscription period and any one-time purchases. All sales of digital content (including downloads and unlocks) are final unless otherwise required by law. For physical print orders, refund policy is governed by the print fulfillment partner; details are shown at checkout.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these terms or for conduct that we believe is harmful to the community, our partners, or the platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amatory Imagery and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by the state and federal courts located in New Hampshire.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a new effective date and, when warranted, by email notice to active members. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
