Records-Keeping Statement
All persons depicted in visual content on this site were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the imagery was produced. Amatory Imagery maintains records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct that it produces, where the statute applies.

Records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are kept by the designated Custodian of Records for Amatory Imagery. Inquiries from authorized law-enforcement agencies regarding records may be directed to:

Content Categorization
Amatory Imagery publishes a range of content categories including artistic nude, fine-art, boudoir, swimwear, lifestyle, and editorial photography. Content that does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A) is exempt from § 2257 records-keeping requirements but is nevertheless verified by Amatory Imagery to depict only adult subjects.

With respect to any content licensed from third parties, Amatory Imagery relies on the records-keeping representations of the licensor. Concerns about specific content can be directed to the contact above.
Reporting Suspected Underage Content
