Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 25, 2026
We collect only what we need to deliver the membership you paid for. We do not sell your data.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address, a password (stored hashed and salted), and your stated date of birth (used only to verify you are 18+). If you become a paying member you also provide payment-method details, which are processed and stored by our payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers).
Usage data
We log basic usage events — pages viewed, downloads initiated, login times, IP address, user agent — for security, abuse prevention, and product analytics. We do not build advertising profiles based on this data.
Content you submit
If you submit a model application, suggest a model, or contact us, we retain what you sent us for the purpose of acting on the request and for our internal records.
2. How We Use It
- To provide and operate the site, your account, and your membership benefits;
- To process payments and deliver purchased content;
- To verify age and prevent unauthorized access;
- To detect fraud, abuse, account sharing, and content piracy;
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account changes);
- To send service announcements and member-only updates if you have opted in;
- To comply with our legal obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and other applicable law.
3. What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your account, viewing history, or purchase history with third parties for their marketing. We do not use your activity to train AI models. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral retargeting pixels.
4. Service Providers
We share limited data with vendors who perform services on our behalf — payment processing, email delivery, image hosting and CDN, server infrastructure, fraud detection. These vendors are contractually required to protect your data and to use it only for the purpose we engage them for.
5. Cookies & Similar Technologies
See our Cookie Policy for details. In short: we use first-party cookies for login session management and minimal analytics. We do not set third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure we retain billing records as required by tax and audit law (typically seven years), and minimal records of past memberships for fraud prevention. Records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are retained for the period required by that statute.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us. We respond within thirty (30) days. Note that some records (notably 2257 records and tax records) cannot be deleted before their statutory retention periods expire.
8. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, hashed passwords, access controls on backend systems, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we recommend using a strong unique password and enabling any future two-factor authentication option offered.
9. International Users
The site is operated from the United States and your data is stored on servers located in the United States and the European Union (Hetzner). If you access the site from outside these regions, your data is transferred to and processed in those regions.
10. Children
The site is intended only for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen (18). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information we will delete it promptly. Suspected violations can be reported via the contact page.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a new effective date and, when warranted, by email notice to active members.
